q Sheet Metal Dept.:  Shearing, forming, drawing, stamping, friction sawing, CNC bending, and riveting.  We have the ability to do very complex drawn and formed parts as well as straightforward bracket type parts.

q Tool Room and Machining Dept.:  Jig boring, CNC milling, turning, shaping, form and surface grinding, honing, and heat treating. We design and build our own tools, jigs, and fixtures as well as do production type machining.

q Welding Dept.:  Square wave pulsed arc TIG, MIG, and spot welding; plasma arc cutting, and radiographic flame cutting. We do all types of welding for many of the shops in our area.

q Inspection Dept.:  Our Inspection Department and equipment are in compliance with MIL-45208-A and MIL-C-45662.

A word on quality: Recently we completed a blanket order of more than 12,000 very complex formed aircraft parts of twenty different configurations for one of our customers. Over the span of this entire project, less than twenty parts were rejected. Our quality rating with this company has consistently been 100%.
